Shipping Information...


Virtually all items are shipped the same or next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Costs, shipping services and approximate delivery times are calculated based on ship to location at checkout. Note that delivery times start on the next business day after we receive payment for your order.


While almost all orders arrive in a reasonable time frame, please understand that the Post Office does not guarantee shipping times. We work very hard to get orders to our shipper as quickly as possible but when we pass it to them we have no control over the process after that. Our policy is to wait 1 month (Latin America & select other slow mail system countries - up to 2 months) before processing a claim for a "lost" shipment. If something is lost a refund will be provided.


Customs/Duties/Taxes for customers who live outside Canada and the USA... 
...Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. In our experience this very rarely happens, however these charges are the buyer's responsibility.
...NOTE: UK customers are charged VAT during checkout. We pay our shipper the VAT and then, as the importer of record they clear customs and pay VAT directly to HRMC. This allows packages to get to UK customers with no customs delays and no surprise fees at the door.


Pick Up in Store FREE. Local customers can choose this option and pick up at our Beamsville store. Note that all products are not at our retail store location, so it is advisable to call the store after placing your order to ensure your product(s) are there when you arrive.


Returns Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt, for an replacement (same title only) or a refund if a replacement is unavailable. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, except in the event that the return is a result of our error or the item is defective. In those cases, we'll also pay reasonable return shipping costs via regular mail.
We do not accept returns of custom made products unless we made an error when creating your item.
