In stock items generally ship within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Note that delivery times start on the next business day after we process your order.
Custom orders can take up to a week or more to ship due to the extra work involved.

While almost all orders arrive in the stated time frames, please understand that the postal system does not guarantee shipping times. We work very hard to get orders to our shipper as quickly as possible but when we pass it to them we have no control over the process after that. If your package does not arrive in the posted time frames, please contact us for help. If something is confirmed lost by our shipper, a refund or replacement will be provided.

Returns Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt, for an replacement or a refund. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, except in the event that the return is a result of our error or the item is defective. In those cases, we'll also pay reasonable return shipping costs via regular mail.
We do not accept returns of custom made products unless we made an error when creating your item.
