Shipping policy

Shipping is included in the price. The price you see is the delivered price. Nothing is added at checkout.

When your order ships

Stock items and cut-to-size pieces ship within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Custom work we quote separately, such as engraving, holes or shapes, ships on the date given with your quote.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates start the business day after your order ships.

• Canada: 3–9 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days

We ship to Canada and the United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, military addresses or Nunavut.

Orders to the United States

Prices shown to US customers are in US dollars and include shipping, duties and import fees. There is nothing to pay on delivery.

Cut-to-size orders

Cut-to-size prices are calculated for delivery to the postal code or ZIP you enter. The shipping address at checkout must match it. If an order is placed for a different address, we hold it and send you the corrected price before cutting; you can accept the difference or cancel for a full refund.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

Carriers don't guarantee delivery times. If your order hasn't arrived within the times above, contact us and we'll help track it down. If the carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or a refund.

If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the packaging and the damage to info@distinctandunique.com within 3 days of delivery and we'll replace it.
