Cut in-house from premium stock and shipped flat, ready for window replacement, greenhouse and skylight panels, windshields and machine guards.

Guards and barriers
Machine guards, sneeze guards and safety shields that take a knock.

Easy to work
Cut with a fine-tooth saw, drill without cracking, bend with a heat gun.

Acrylic or polycarbonate?
Short version: acrylic for clarity and looks, polycarbonate for anything that might get hit.
| Feature | Cast acrylic | Polycarbonate |
|---|---|---|
| Clarity and gloss | Glass-like, stays clear | Slight tint |
| Impact strength | About 10× glass | About 250× glass, won't shatter |
| Laser cutting and engraving | Clean edge, engraves frosty white | Discolours; better cut with a saw |
| Outdoor use | Good, UV stable | Good, resists UV without yellowing |
| Best for | Frames, signs, displays, crafts | Windows, greenhouses, guards, rink boards |
Questions, answered
Polycarbonate or acrylic?
Acrylic is clearer and looks better in a frame or a display. Polycarbonate is far tougher, so it's the one for anything that might get hit: guards, windshields, greenhouse and skylight panels. The table above has the details.
Will it yellow outdoors?
It resists UV, rain and cold without yellowing or turning brittle, which is why it's used for canopies, skylights and greenhouse panels.
Can I cut and drill it myself?
Yes. A fine-tooth hand saw, jigsaw or table saw cuts it cleanly, it drills without cracking, and a heat gun will bend it for curved panels.
Can it be laser cut or engraved?
Not well. Polycarbonate discolours under a laser, so it's cut with a saw rather than engraved. For laser-cut detail or engraving, choose cast acrylic.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
No. For orders shipping to the United States, the price you see is the delivered price: shipping, duties and import fees are included, and your parcel arrives with nothing to pay.
Can I get a size that isn't listed?
Yes. Use the calculator on this page for a custom size in either thickness, up to 48 × 48 inches. For holes, rounded corners or larger pieces, request a quote and describe what you need.
